Everything you need to spin up your first captioning task in minutes.

How do tokens work?
1 token ≈ 1 second of processed media. Every new account receives 600 free tokens. Purchase additional token packs anytime and they never expire.
What kind of files can I upload?
Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC. Video: MP4, MOV, MKV, and more. We automatically extract audio tracks for processing.
What is the maximum upload file size?
The current maximum upload file size is 1000MB (1GB). Future plans may include support for larger files.
Is there a limit on concurrent jobs?
Yes, up to 5 open tasks per workspace. Close or delete a finished job to free a slot instantly.

How accurate is Fast SRT?
We run ensemble Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models to reach 95%+ accuracy on clean audio. You can fine-tune timings and texts in the built-in editor.
Does it support multiple speakers or languages?
Yes. We support the majority of the most widely used languages, say, English, Chinese, Spanish, etc. You can edit speaker labels afterward.
How does language auto-detection work?
Language auto-detection and the set of supported languages depend on the Whisper AI model version we run. Per-language accuracy can vary — some languages are better supported than others. For more details please refer directly to OpenAI's Whisper documentation.
Can I edit and export in different formats?
Absolutely. Use the timeline editor to tweak text, then export SRT or VTT with one click.

How do you store my media?
Files are encrypted at rest in R2, retained only while tasks are active, and can be deleted at any time from the dashboard.
