This website and service ("FastSRT") are owned and operated by ATHENA AI, a company registered in Hong Kong.

Please read these terms carefully before using Fast SRT.

1. Overview

Fast SRT provides AI-powered subtitle (SRT) generation for uploaded audio/video. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Features

  • Upload audio or video files for transcription.
  • Whisper AI model generates accurate SRT subtitles.
  • Token-based pricing by audio minute; purchase tokens via packages.
  • We store up to 5 audio files and their corresponding SRTs per user simultaneously in the dashboard.

3. Accounts & Usage

  • You are responsible for your account security and activity.
  • You must have rights to upload the media you process.
  • Abuse (malware, illegal content, attempts to disrupt service) is prohibited.

4. Payments & Tokens

  • Transcription consumes tokens proportionally to media duration.
  • Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Pricing and packages may change; notice will be provided for material changes.

5. Refund Policy

  • If a processing error occurs that incorrectly consumes tokens, An automated refund will be processed.
  • Each transcription task is assigned a unique task ID — Whenever the automatic refund is not processed, please include the specific task ID and contact support for assistance.

    • For Token Payments:

    • While we strive to make refunds seamless for processing errors, token purchases are otherwise generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in limited circumstances such as duplicate charges, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, clear billing errors, or where required by applicable law. In such cases we may issue a refund or provide account credit at our discretion.
    • If an automatic refund does not appear in your token balance, please submit a support request with the task ID and relevant details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Storage & Data Retention

  • We store up to 5 audio files with their SRTs per user at a time for convenience.
  • Files may be purged after processing or inactivity per our retention policy.
  • Users can delete their files at any time from the dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
  • Generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty.
  • Our branding, site content, and software are owned by ATHENA AI.

8. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features. Where feasible, we’ll provide advance notice of significant changes.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
