• To process transcription and generate SRT using Whisper-based models.
• To calculate token usage based on audio minutes and manage packages.
• To maintain service quality, security, and prevent abuse.

3. Storage & Retention

• We store up to 5 audio files and their SRTs per user simultaneously on the dashboard.
• Files may be deleted after processing or inactivity per our retention schedule.
• You can remove content anytime from the dashboard.

4. Sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• Vendors (e.g., cloud storage, analytics) may process data under contract to provide the service.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and employ security best practices to safeguard data.

6. Your Choices

• Access, download, or delete your files from the dashboard.
• Contact us to request account deletion or data export.
